Feels like forever

*Copeland's POV*
I can't believe she walked out on me like that. She shoulda just worn a sign that said, "HI IM JEALOUS!" She's my best friend, well was. I'm not even sure what we are anymore. I decided I should call Zack and tell him to pick me up at the park. I mean come on he can't pick me up at my house. My dad would get super suspicious.
To Zack
Hey I need you to pick me up at the park.
Five minutes later he replied
From Zack
okay, you and your weirdness XD
After that I stopped texting and went to find an outfit for tonight.
*Zack's POV*
To Cope
Okay you and your weirdness XD. She stopped texting me after so I went downstairs. "Hey dad, mom." They both looked my way and smiled.
"So when are we picking up Copeland?" My dad asked with a smirk.
"Dad? Why are you smirking?"
"Oh son you know you like her." So what if I liked her he doesn't need to make that face it's creepy.
"I don't like her. She's my best friend. Why would I like her?"
"Zack, I'm just messing with you buddy, not need to get offended." He stated.
"Whatever. I'm going to my room to get ready." I walked upstairs and quickly jumped in the shower. Once I was done I walked in my room to find my mom looking through my closet. "Mom....whatcha doing?" She simply smiled and held up a button-upped shirt.
"This is nice you could wear this." She smiled
"Mom, I'm going to Warped, not a dinner." Her smile faded and moved out of my closet.
"Okay, but pick a nice shirt at least." And with that she walked out of my room and closed the door. Now to find something to wear.
