Feels like forever

*Copelands POV*

I ended up skipping dinner. I wasn't hungry, and i was also trying to avoid my dad. He was making go to school tomorrow, great. At least he gave me my phone back, I'm just still grounded. I've been trying to text Cece the past hour, but all i get is "this message failed to send." Knowing Zack, he was probably already asleep< even with it being nine. What and Early-Bird. I was scrolling through my instagram when i heard a light knock. "Come in?' I honestly didn't know who it was because my dad doesn't knock and my mom doesn't knock lightly. The door opened to reveal someone I'd never thought I'd see at the moment. "LIAM!!!!" he chuckled as I wrapped my tiny arms around his waist. "What are you doing here?! I thought you were in New York for college?" I let go and motioned to sit on my bed, which he obliged.

He placed his bag at the end of the bed and sat across from me. "Well, I had break and i was really bored. So, I thought I would come see you." I haven't seen him in two years, of course i was happy he was here. I smiled and he continued to tell me stories of all his friends from college. "But yea, Rowan was passed out on the couch so, I drew a bunch of stick figures on his face." Yup, still hilarious. I laughed until my stomach hurt. "What time is it?' I pointed to my clock, and he looked back at it. "Looks like it's time for us to go to sleep.' i pouted. Typically Liam to tell me what to do. "I know you have school tomorrow." My eyes widened. How did he, i guess he could sense the confusion between us. "Dad told me." he shrugged.

"Well I guess if I have to." I didn't want to go to school. Like, did nobody realize this? "NIght Liam." He smiled and walked out the door, and I'm assuming the guest room. Soon my dad and mom came in to offer me, again, dinner, which I turned down, again. They left my room, closing the door quietly. I climbed in bed and slid under the covers. I grabbed my phone, plugging in my headphones. I opened my Pandora app and put on Pierce The Veil Radio. Stay for tonight if you want to, I can sho- Skip. I miss the days of feeling on fire. I miss the days. Much better, and with that i rolled onto my side and fell into a deep sleep.
