Natalie felt a lump in her throat as Austin had asked her if she still loved Tony. She couldn’t hold it back anymore. She had used up all her energy when Tony had asked her that when Austin asked her, the word just rolled off her tongue.
“Yes.” She answered. Austin looked at her and he sighed, nodding.
“I would never take you away from what makes you happy, angel. And since being with him makes you the happiest, then fine.” Austin spoke sadly. Natalie let go of Tony’s hand and she grabbed Austin’s hand in hers. She pulled him to her softly, kissing his lips gently.
“I love you so much. It pains me to just let this go.” Austin nodded and he smiled, moving back.
“But if it has to be this way, then you weren’t meant to be with me.” Natalie stared at him and she nodded. She kissed him one last time before she let go of his hands, grabbing Tony’s and turning to him. Austin leaned back in his chair, wiping his glassy eyes as the door opened.
“Coffee and snacks anyone?” Rian, Jack and Mike smiled stepping in. The rest followed behind and they chatted while they drank their coffee and ate their snacks. Austin was the first to leave, he stood up from his chair and smiled.
“I have to be leaving, I left Alan alone at home and I’m slightly afraid of him setting my house on fire with his cat.” The group said their goodbyes and Austin turned to Natalie, he hugged her tightly one last time and kissed her cheek. “I’ll be sure to call you when we need a photographer.” Austin said, pulling back.
“You know my number.” Natalie smiled at him. Austin nodded, walking out. Natalie watched, thinking that maybe she would run after him, tell him that she really in fact loved him more, but she didn’t. She stayed in that spot until the door closed behind Austin and Natalie sat back down, grabbing Tony’s hand. Linda walked over as the rest stared a bit puzzled and Linda smiled.
“So, you made up your mind.” She stated. Natalie looked at her, nodding and turned back to Tony’s sleeping face.
“Yeah, I would be an idiot to let him go.” Natalie softly said. They stayed for a while until they decided it was best to leave and arrive the next morning. They all filed out, leaving Natalie alone with Tony. “We’ll be back tomorrow.” She whispered, softly kissing his cheek before leaving. Natalie walked out of the room, allowing a nurse to walk in and close the door. She walked over to Alex and he wrapped her in his arms.
“Everything will be fine, Nat. Let’s go to the bus and catch up on sleep okay? We’ll visit tomorrow, well, later today.” Natalie looked at her phone, seeing it was 6 in the morning. They all got in the crews cars and went back to the bus, going to sleep. Natalie laid on the bunk with Alex, facing each other while she attempted to fall asleep.

Later that day, Natalie woke up, seeing Alex next to her sound asleep, and snoring. She climbed over him, careful not to wake him and grabbed her clothes and towels. She went to the bathroom, showering and changing into a white shirt, red jeans and her grey Vans. She placed a grey beanie on her head and walked out of the bus, walking to the hospital. It was a lengthy walk but Natalie didn’t mind.
She reached the hospital going through the front doors and into the elevator. She walked past the desk with the nurse talking on the phone and went into Tony’s room. He was still asleep, lying on the bed. Natalie walked over, climbing into bed with him and hugging his torso lightly. Natalie closed her eyes, falling asleep to the monitor beeping softly.
Tony’s POV
I yawned, feeling my stomach growl for food and I yawned. I was about to move my arm to call the nurse when I saw Natalie sleeping next to me. I let out a cheesy grin and wrapped my arm around her, softly smoothing her blonde hair. I was able to call the nurse to bring me food and once the door closed, Natalie moved a bit, looking up at me. Our eyes locked and she grinned.
“Tony!” She practically screamed and jumped on me. I wrapped my arms around her tightly as she hugged me just as tight. I softly pushed her back and stared at her.
“Baby listen, I promise that for you, I will change. I will never let you go babe. Just please, give me one more chance and that would mean the world to me baby.” I told her. I watched as Natalie stared at me, finally leaning in and softly kissing me. I smiled into the kiss, my hand holding her cheek as I kissed her back.
“Of course.” Natalie smiled. I grinned, hugging her tightly. I swear I would never let this girl leave my side.
The door opened and I heard the nurse trying to say something but I believe Jaime was cutting her off.
“No, no, no, it’s okay. I’ll make sure Tony eats all his food, don’t worry.” Jaime, Linda, Mike, and Sammy were the first to walk in and stare at us. Jaime set the tray of food on the table and raised an eyebrow.
“Does this mean what I think it means?” Jaime asked.
“Yep, Nat and I are back together!” I grinned, seeing as I couldn’t stop. The four smiled, sitting around the bed and congratulated us.
“No more Moni!” Mike cheered.
“I heard you two are back!” Alex cheered, walking into the room with Jack, Rian, Zack, Vic and Elsie. The two groups sat around, talking about what will happen after this and the groups decided that they would post-pone all the concerts they would have to miss. A nurse walked in and Vic gave her his phone, asking if she could take a picture of us. Natalie moved to my left and let go of my hand. We all smiled at the nurse as she took the picture and gave the phone back to Vic, who quickly tweeted the photo. Many fans were worried on what happened and if I was going to be fine. We continued to talk until my doctor walked in with a clipboard.
“Well, thanks for inviting me to the party.” He chuckled.
“It’s open invitation!” Linda smiled and Jaime chuckled next to her.
“Thanks.” He smiled back and turned to me. “Well Mr. Perry, it seems that everything is fine and if all goes well today, you will be free to go home tomorrow. But here’s the thing, you have to be free of work for a few days.” He warned.
“Of course doctor, thanks.” He smiled, walking out and closing the door behind him. The group stayed for only a three hours, since they went to sleep late and arrived late to the hospital. Natalie kissed me softly one last time before smiled.
“I’ll see you tomorrow, first thing okay?” She asked.
“I can’t wait.” I grinned and she giggled.
“Bye.” She left, Linda following behind and waving goodbye. I rested my head on the pillow and closed my eyes. This is paradise.
