~Brianna's pov~
I woke up in the middle of the night, sputtering and trying to breathe. I had a nightmare, but couldn't remember exactly what happened. Bits and pieces of yelling and screaming and pain. The tears were already pouring down my cheeks and I tried to quiet my sobs when I heard footsteps but it didn't help and I saw the door open and Jaime's profile.
"Hey, whats wrong?" He asked quietly, slipping into the bed next to me and holding on to me.
"Just a dream. I can't remember much though..." I snuggled against him, probably soaking his shirt. He rubbed my back gently until I fell asleep in his arms for the 2nd time that night.

~Jaime's pov~
It was 3 am and I woke up to a notification on my phone. I got up to shut it off and then went to the bathroom down the hall, past Bri's room. On my way back i heard rustling and quiet hiccups and decided to check on her. The sight instantly bothered me, she looked like she had just seen a ghost and was holding in hysterical sobs. "Hey, whats wrong?" I sat on the bed and wrapped her in my arms, pulling the blanket over both of us.
"Just a dream. I can't remember much though," she leaned against me and I felt the front of my shirt start to get a little wet from her tears, but I didn't mind. She slowly relaxed and fell asleep and I did too.

(sorry, the day I wrote this I almost had a panic attack so I wasn't focusing.)
