"Hey Vic," Mike yelled. "Did you get a hold of Jaime?"

"Yeah," Vic said, walking into Mike's room. "He got drunk and ended up at Tony's."

"Tony huh?" Mike furrowed his brow.

Vic saw that look and knew that he was thinking about something. "Yeah, why?"

"Have you noticed that they've been acting weird?" Mike asked.

"Weird? Weird how?"

"Like... I don't know. Tony seems to be more interested in the things Jaime's doing. When we went over to his place, the first thing he wanted to know was where Jaime was. And Jaime seems to be undressing more often when Tony's around. Plus, he keeps touching him. Not like, sexually or anything but I've noticed him with his hands on Tony more lately."

"What are you saying?" Vic asked. Mike shot him a look and then Vic realized. "Noooo!"

"So it doesn't make sense to you?" Mike asked.

"Well, they have been kind of cuddly. We did find them sleeping together in the couch." Vic contemplated. "But that doesn't mean they are fucking. Have you ever seen either of them with a man? They are pretty much into chicks."

"Things change. Exceptions can be made. You can find yourself attracted to someone you never thought you'd want." Mike said.

"That's true enough but... Not Jaime and Tony! No!" Vic rejected the idea.

"Why the hell not?" Mike asked. "You've seen how they are. It makes perfect sense."

Vic looked at his brother like he was crazy. "It doesn't make any sense."

"But it does. I'm telling you, something is going on," Mike insisted. "Jaime did spend the night with Tony after all."

Vic sighed. "Mike, I think you overanalyze things too much. Tony and Jaime are just friends. There's nothing more between them."

"I don't think so," Mike replied.

"Well I do," Vic said.

"How about we make a bet," Mike proposed. "If they fuck by the end of this tour, I get a hundred dollars. If they don't, you get a hundred dollars. Deal?"

Vic smirked. This was going to be easy money. "Deal."

And they shook on it.
