Tony sat awkwardly next to Jaime on the edge of the couch. He didn’t want to be there. He didn’t really like talking much about himself or anything. Even though they knew this, Jaime and Vic insisted on dragging him to the interview, saying that he flaked on too many already. And Tony resented them at the moment. This wasn’t even an official thing. It was just Bryan Stars here asking them stupid questions that, Tony admitted, could be quite entertaining. Still, he’d rather be in the bathroom masturbating or something.

“If you could be any animal, what would it be?” Bryan asked.

Bryan pointed the mic at Mike first. “Uhh… A giraffe.”
“I don’t know. Hmm…. Mike.” Vic answered, earning chuckles from everyone.

Now the mic was at Jaime. Instantly, his mouth started running and his hands where going every which way in typical Jaime fashion. “It’d have to be something cool. Maybe with wings or something. Like, an eagle. Wait, does it have to be real? Phoenixes are cool. Or a manticore. Yeah, I’d be a manticore.”

Tony smiled at his answer. Somehow, Jaime always made him feel less awkward. It was like Jaime’s overflowing confidence poured into him. Despite that, Tony kept his answer short. “A turtle.”

“Oh, here’s an interesting one from a fan. Kawaii-TrainStation asks ‘If you could be any tattoo on another band member’s body, which one would you be?’” Bryan asked the next question.

Bryan started pointing the microphone Vic’s way when Jaime said he had an answer. The microphone switched directions. “I’d be the owl on Tony’s neck,” he answered.

”Why?” Bryan asked with a laugh.

“I don’t know. Just look at it,” Jaime replied, pointing to Tony’s neck. “It’s just a really cool tattoo in an obvious space. It forces people to always look at it. And besides that, neck tattoos are sexy.”

“And mine aren’t?” Mike yelled from his spot.

“Sorry bro, but yours have nothing on Tony’s,” Jaime said wrapping his arm around the back of Tony’s neck and stroking his tat.

Tony couldn’t help but smile. Jaime was always good at making him smile. Sometimes, he was the only man that could light up Tony’s face. He was also the only man that could stir up other feelings in Tony….

Tony swallowed back those thoughts and focused on the interview. He couldn’t even admit them to himself. There’s no way he’d accidentally let them show.

Jaime released Tony and Bryan continued with another question. “I have another fan question. Treelampian ask ‘Which Pierce the Veil member would have sex with?’”

“What is this, an All Time Low interview?” Mike remarked with a laugh. Then, he answered, “Myself.”

Vic laughed and then answered, “Definitely not mike.”

“Of course,” Bryan replied, also laughing.

The mic came Jaime’s way. He tilted his head to the side and thought for a moment. “I’ll go with Tony. He has the cutest smile.”

Tony instantly smiled. He couldn’t help it. Not when Jaime complimented him like that. But the smile disappeared a moment later. Having the mic in his face let the reality of the question sink in. Even though they were playing around and Tony’s answer wouldn’t be taken seriously, his lips just wouldn’t form ‘Jaime.’ Instead, he found himself saying, “Vic. He’s most like a girl.”

The interview went on and Tony sat quietly as usual. But this time it was different. This time it was because he was mad at himself. He was pissed that he couldn’t admit that he wanted to fuck Jaime, especially since it wasn’t even a serious question. He was pissed that he lied.

But it wasn’t like it mattered anyways.
