It's Cold and I Don't Want To Be Here

I Still Remeber The Night You Tried To Kiss Me

We had said our final goodbyes to our friends and family not even twenty minutes ago and everybody was already piled on the bus and getting drunk. Our first stop for the tour was SoCal. I watched everyone get drunk and wasted away in front of me, choosing not to drink right now was probably the best decision I made.
This whole feud between Mike and I started the first year I came here when I just turned 18. Lisbon, New York was my hometown and I've been planning to leave there and move to California ever since I was thirteen years old. When I was a kid my Mom would abuse myself, and my five older brothers, physically, emotionally, verbally, and mentally. Let's just say she wouldn't get the mother of the year award. When I was ten years old, my Uncle had just passed away causing my world to come tumbling down on me. I was diagnosed with depression and I started cutting myself. As soon as I turned eighteen I packed up my belongings, bought an apartment in California, and never looked back to New York. I met Tony when I got a job at the local guitar shop where he worked at. We immediately became best friends.
Sooner rather than later Tony had introduced me to the rest of the guys in the band, I friended all of them. Even Mike, I know, shocker right? Mike and I actually got along at some point. Until one night he was drunk and high off his ass and tried to get in my pants. I rejected him and we've hated each other ever since. When Pierce the Veil blew up I was forced to go on some tours with them. I tried to stay away from the tours they had to go to New York, to this day I still haven't been back there.
I was snapped out of my trans when I heard my name being called out by Vic, "what?" I asked softly.
"Whats wrong? You're not drinking, that's unlike you."
I shrugged, "I'm not really in the mood to drink." And with that he left my side and went back to the small game they were playing on the floor with dice and money.
When we arrived at the venue a little later, they set up for their shown and were now deciding which songs to play.
"Oh! You should play the Cheap Bouquet!" I suggested with a smile.
"Yeah, we hardly ever play that one."
Vic nodded in agreement and they went on stage to tape up the set up.
