“Noelle, Jesus Christ you’re going to Barcelona you don’t need a fucking sweater” Mike said as he pulled the thick jumper out of her hand.

“I feel the cold easily” She took the sweater back from Mike and put it in her suitcase.

“I don’t know why I agreed to help you pack” Mike sighed and lay on the bed.

“Because you’re awesome and I hate packing” She smiled at him and he sat up to help fold some of her clothes.

“I am pretty awesome” They both chuckled “I’m also pretty jealous, I love Barcelona. I can’t believe you’re leaving me here with these dorks” Mike said pointing to a photo on Noelle’s bed side table of her and Tommy with the band.

“You’ll have plenty of fun without me” She reassured him.

“I’m going to throw a party in your apartment” Mike teased.

“You do that and I will beat you up” Noelle replied holding up her fists in a mock gesture.

“Okay Rocky lets finish packing so we can have dinner, you never feed me” Noelle gave Mike a ‘you have got to be kidding me” sort of look and they both laughed again.

About 15 minutes later and Noelle had finally packed everything she needed for her trip to Barcelona with Jaime; they were leaving in 2 days.

“So what are you cooking me tonight?” Mike asked as he and Noelle made their way over to the kitchen; Jaime was out with Vic tonight so it was just these two for another couple of hours.

“How about Spaghetti Bolognese?” Noelle asked in response.

“Yes, you make good Spaghetti” Mike replied and Noelle began to get the things she would need to prepare dinner from the cupboards.

When dinner was done the pair of friends sat around the kitchen table and dug in. “Noelle this is so good” Mike complimented.

“I know, I made it” She joked.

“You know Jaime is going to love you for packing that blue bikini” Mike said through a mouth full of pasta.

“That’s the idea” She said back to him with a cheeky grin “So are you going to ask that girl Elise back out?” Noelle questioned.

“I don’t know, maybe. She was nice but she was a bit full on too” Mike replied talking about a girl that he met at the zoo last week. They went out on a date the day after they met.

“That’s just because she likes you” Noelle said.

“Yeah maybe, she is pretty cool.” Mike smiled at the thought of seeing her again.

“If you got with her, Vic will be the only single one in the group”

“Which is weird because he’s the oldest” Mike continued.

They spent about half an hour talking about girlfriends and boyfriends and how they never spend much time with Tommy and Giselle; she doesn’t come out with this guys a lot, she’s always with her own friends. They spoke about what Noelle and Jaime were going to get up to in Barcelona; Mike recommended having sex on the beach which is something Noelle didn’t totally dismiss.

“Hey beautiful” Jaime said as he walked in, Noelle had fallen asleep on the sofa so Mike answered.

“Why thank you Hime, I had no idea you felt that way about me” He joked as he pointed over to the sleeping Noelle and Jaime just giggled.

“Well I had to keep it hidden with Noelle around but she’s sleeping so I can love you loads” He winked at him and Noelle woke up making a fake gagging sound.

“I think you two need the romantic getaway, I’ll stay here and you two can go love it up” She sat up and laughed at the pair who laughed in return.

“Sounds like a plan” Jaime jested.

“How was your night?” Noelle asked Jaime who had now sat on the adjacent couch.

“It was fun, we played pool nothing special” He replied “Yours?” He looked at both Noelle and Mike so they knew that question was aimed at them both.

“Below average, Noelle didn’t feed me and made me do all her packing” Mike said seriously.

“Bull shit” Noelle said with a swift punch to Mike’s arm.

“I joke, it was like any other night with this loser” They gave one another a sarcastic smile and went back to watching the documentary they had put on.

When the TV show had finished Mike left and Noelle went to bed. Jaime showered and replied to a couple of emails then joined her.

“I can’t wait for our holiday” He said as he slid in behind her.

“Neither can I” She said with a tone that suggests she was withholding information.

“What do you have planned?” Jaime asked intrigued.

“You’ll see” She turned and kissed him before getting comfortable again; Mike’s earlier suggestion floating in her mind. “I just hope you’re willing to be a little wild” She said and fell asleep soon after with Jaime not having a clue in the world.

“Shit, Jaime this view is amazing. How did you get such a good room?” Noelle asked as she ran onto the balcony that overlooked the beach.

“I have no idea but this is nice” He said; he walked out onto the balcony to join Noelle and kissed her on the shoulder. Noelle took out her phone and snapped a picture of the view before uploading it to Instagram.

Two weeks waking up to this is going to be pure bliss. Thanks babe @ptvjaime

Noelle put her phone away and the couple walked back into the room, hand in hand.

“So what do you want to do first?” Jaime asked.

“Nap” She laughed “I’m joking, it’s like 5 so we could go and get some food” She suggested and Jaime agreed. They got changed into some lighter clothes; the evening heat was definitely present, and walked out of their room.

When they got to the foyer they picked up a map to see where the closest restaurant was, luckily there was one about 5 minute walk away.

They made it there and got seated fairly quickly. Jaime happens to know fluent Spanish so it was easy to order, they had an outside table and kept people watching as they ate.

“That guy is wearing socks with sandals, dude no” Noelle said as a short, chubby man walked past with his feet covered in thick socks and sandals.

“You always notice the most random shit” Jaime informed her.

“I know, it’s a gift of mine” She smiled and placed another forkful of food into her mouth.

“This is going to be such a good vacation, I can sense it” Jaime stated and Noelle agreed with him.

“It’s going to be the best and it’s all because of you” She smiled endearingly and he took her hand in his, lifting it to his lips and pressed lightly.
“I love you” He breathed out.
“I love you too” Noelle returned.

The first week of the holiday was spent doing tourist like things; travelling around the city, taking many photographs, visiting famous landmarks and highly rated restaurants. They had been to the beach a few times but it was really crowded with children due to it being the school holidays so they tried to avoid it during the day. The couple had been having a lot of fun. It was a few days into their second week and they decided they were going to the beach for the day.

“Wow” Jaime said as Noelle walked out of the bathroom.

“You like?” Noelle asked as she did a 360 spin to show off her new blue bikini.

“I love” He replied as he pulled her onto his lap and started to kiss her, his hands roaming her body.

They sat on the bed making out for about ten minutes before Noelle finally pulled away.
“We can finish this later” She whispered into Jaime’s ear.

His eyes went wide in excitement “I like the sound of that” Jaime said between light kisses to Noelle’s lips, before they left for the beach.

When at the beach they found the perfect spot and set up ‘camp’ for the day. Jaime pulled out a blanket which they sat upon. Noelle did some reading, as did Jaime. They spoke and they had a picnic for lunch.

Jaime and Noelle decided to go and get dinner at a restaurant that sat just on the beach front, when they came out the sun had begun to set and they returned to the beach to watch it.

“This is so romantic” Jaime pointed out “I should get good boyfriend points for this” He winked as he linked his hand with Noelle’s and walked closer to the water.

“You don’t need points, you’re officially the best boyfriend” She flattered.

“And you’re the best girlfriend” He kissed her on the cheek and they sat down.

By now the beach had been pretty much deserted bar the odd group of people here and there. Noelle had a big grin on her face and Jaime noticed.

“Why are you grinning like that?” He questioned.

“I’m excited” She admitted.

“Excited for what?” Jaime asked.

Noelle straddled Jaime and began to kiss him passionately “This” She breathed into his ear, much like she had earlier on in their hotel room.

“Oh really?” Jaime asked, his excitement growing.

“Mhmm” Noelle replied and lightly dragged her teeth along Jaime’s neck.

With that Jaime wasted no time getting just as frisky as Noelle was. He decided that they were a bit too out in the open so they ran towards the back of the beach where there had noticed a load of trees. When they found somewhere comfortable enough they went back to their previous activity.

“Shit Noelle, that was hot” Jaime managed as he regulated his breathing.

“You have to thank Mike, he gave me the idea” She said while putting her linen shirt back on over her bikini.

“I am going to buy that guy a house made of weed” Jaime joked.

“It was that good, huh?” Noelle chuckled and the pair of them stood up and started to walk away from the beach.

“That’s hands down the best sex we had” He admitted.

“I have to agree with you on that” Noelle stood on her tiptoes and kissed Jaime before starting to walk once more.

Once they got back to the hotel they shared a shower and somehow came to the decision that they wanted to go clubbing. They both donned some ‘glad rags’ and headed for a night club.

Jaime and Noelle didn’t get in until 2:30am and when they felt the softness of the hotel pillows caress their drunken heads they passed out immediately. They were going to have terrible hang overs in the morning.
