It was 9am and Jaime and Noelle were eating breakfast, they were both on their phones too. Noelle was texting Tommy who she was so excited to see. Jaime was looking through Instagram. Vic and Mike walked into the front lounge at the same time, both getting a cup of coffee.

“What time is Tommy getting here? I miss that dude” Mike asked

“He’ll be here about 11” Noelle replied, they had already turned up at the venue and Noelle was surprised to even see the brothers up so early. Out of everyone they were usually the last 2 people to wake up.

“Good good” Mike took his coffee and walked off the bus to get some of the morning air, it was a nice morning too.


Everyone was finally awake and sat in the front lounge talking about sad they were that Noelle was going home today. It’s only 3 weeks until they see her next but they’ll miss having her around. There was a knock at the door and, out of habit, everyone shouted
“Come in” the person on the other side did exactly that and Tommy suddenly appeared. Noelle jumped up as fast as she could and tackled him with a hug.

“I missed you too” He laughed before the best friends parted and Tommy greeted the rest of the boys.

“I finally get to see you guys in action” Tommy cheers, he hasn’t seen Pierce the Veil live but had heard some of their stuff and enjoyed it quite a lot.

“Are you excited?” Mike asked

“Of course dude. I’m more excited that I get my best friend back though. I know you’ve been trying to steal the title of number one best friend” He gave Mike a joking death glare

“I’m afraid I’ve already taken the crown man, I have replaced you” He got up and they stood toe to toe as if a duel was about to take place

“Never” Tommy replied and as if they read each other’s mind they hugged. It was quite a sight; everyone was laughing.

At lunch time the band had some press to take care of so Noelle and Tommy went and found a small sandwich shop around the corner. It was a cute little place and when they got their food they sat at a table on the deck out back, it was too much of a nice day to waste sitting inside.

“How has the tour been?” Tommy started the conversation

“In general absolutely amazing, the guys are so sick on stage. You’ll love it tonight I promise” Noelle beamed

“In general, implying that something on it’s own isn’t so great?” Tommy asked

“Something like that” Noelle was getting nervous, she was scared of how Tommy would react to her drunken ways

“What happened? You and Jaime are okay right?” Tommy was nervous now too, he didn’t want to see his friend go through another break up

“Yeah we’re great but I kind need to tell you something and I want your advice on what I should do” Noelle looked him in the eye which indicated how serious this situation is
“Are you pregnant?” Tommy joked

“No, it’s nothing like that but” She paused and took a sip of her drink “Tony kissed me again the other night, but this time I kind of kissed him back” She looked away not wanting to see Tommy’s face

“WHAT?” Tommy whisper-shouted

“I know, I was drunk but I don’t know why I did it. Now I keep thinking about it and him and I’m so confused because I don’t like him like that but when I saw him kissing some other girl in the bar I kind of got jealous and ugh, what do I do Tommy?” She pleaded for his help
“Shit. Have you told Hime?”

“Not yet. I was going to do it yesterday but then I thought I should wait until he gets off tour, I don’t want to cause anything between him and Tony whilst they still have shows left”
“Yeah that makes sense. He needs to know though.” He gave Noelle a soft, yet reassuring, smile

“I know. I just hope he doesn’t flip a shit. I love him like mad and I don’t want to lose him” She fought back tears

“And he loves you too, just get it out there. Work out what is going on in your head when it comes to Tony and just put all your cards on the table. I’m sure he’ll understand” He placed his hand on top of Noelle’s

“That’s another reason why I thought I’d wait until he gets home, so I can work it all out. Also some people online found out about Tony and I. Their relatives that know me from high school told them that we dated and now the whole of tumblr is blowing up” She sighed heavily before taking a bite of her sandwich

“I know, I saw the response on your blog last night. You showed them who’s boss though” He was now trying to lighten the mood

“Yeah I did” They both laughed and were soon finished with lunch so decided to walk around the city, they were in LA. They walked about for around an hour before heading back to the venue.

When they got there the boys and some members from the other bands were sat about on camping chairs around the buses.

“Look who’s finally back” Mike called out

“Did you miss me?” Tommy asked in a camp voice

“You know it” Mike reciprocated with a wink
“Excuse me, we all know I was the one that was missed, now move out of my way” Noelle pushed Tommy over and hugged Mike

“Told you I have the crown dude” Mike said and kissed Noelle on the cheek before she left his grasp and sat on Jaime’s lap.

“How was lunch?”

“It was fun, we found this cute little sandwich shop and had a catch up” She wasn’t really lying, after their chat they did have a lot of fun.

“Oh, I bought you this” She handed Jaime a bag

He opened it and pulled out a t-shirt that had a really cool Toy Story design on it.

“I love it” He kissed her on the cheek and she giggled

“I thought you would. I can’t wait for you to see our new line when it drops. There’s a shirt in there just for you” She smiled so wide. Jaime once joked about her designing a shirt that represented him.

“What did you do?” She giggled again

“Wait 2 weeks and you can see for yourself” She hopped off his lap “I need to pee” With that she headed to the bus.


“I can’t wait to see you guys kill it. Noelle said you guys are sick so you best not disappoint me” Tommy teased

“No pressure then” Tony replied. He and Tommy had managed to get along, despite how much hate Tommy feels towards Tony, he couldn’t deny how cool he thought he was. When they were in high school Tony attempted to teach him how to play guitar; it didn’t go so well. Let’s just say some people really aren’t made to play an instrument, Tommy being one of them.

“None at all” Tommy patted Tony on the shoulder when someone walked in

“2 minute warning” They called and the band prepared themselves.

“This is it” Mike tapped Tommy on the shoulder as they all made their way to the stage.


The band tore up the stage like they did every night. They always played as if it would be their last show, with every piece of heart and soul they had.

“Holy shit! You guys are fucking insane.” Tommy complimented as the boys all ran off stage.
“Thanks man” Vic hugged Tommy

“I said you were great not that you could cover me in sweat” He laughed

“Sorry dude” They went back to the dressing room where the band took it in turns to have showers.

Tony went first and when he got out, Jaime went in. Tony was currently stood in the dressing room with a fresh pair of jeans on but without a top. Noelle was eyeing him up, trying not to be obvious. Tommy realised.

“Stop looking” He whispered into her ear

“I’m not” She blushed as she turned her attention to him

“It was so obvious, you’re lucky they’re mid conversation or you would have been caught out” He chuckled

“Oh shut up, I wasn’t looking” She huffed and walked over to the bathroom, knocking on the door lightly. Jaime hadn’t turned the shower on yet so she knew he would hear

“No fucking in there, I have to wash my body in that same shower” Mike shouted

“I’ll fuck my man wherever I so desire” Noelle shot back sarcastically

“What’s the matter?” Jaime asked as she walked in

“Nothing, I just need to pee again. Damn energy drinks always make me pee.” She walked over to the toilet as Jaime stripped and got in the shower. She marvelled at his reflection in the mirror when she was washing her hands. He had a beautiful body.

“Damn” She muttered

“I heard that” He poked his head out of the door and winked at her

“I wasn’t trying to hide it. You always look so hot when you’re wet and steamy” She winked back, walked over and kissed her boyfriend and put her hand on his chest. She slowly stroked down his body and stopped just below his belly button before she left the bathroom laughing.

“YOU FUCKING TEASE” Jaime shouted after her

“What’s so funny No-No?” Mike asked as she was still laughing to herself

“Your face” She replied

“You bitch” He threw an empty can at her and a play fight ensued.

A couple of hours later and everyone was back on the bus about to start to party it up, since it was Noelle’s last night on the tour. She had become friends with some people in the other bands and they were going to miss her as well. They weren’t on the bus yet but would be soon. It was also tradition to play pranks on people that were leaving so when Noelle went to get her suitcase to put in Tommy’s car, she couldn’t find it.

“Where the fuck is my suitcase?” Noelle shouted at the band. She knew one of them would have taken it; her two main suspects being Jaime and Mike.

“I don’t know, you were packing it the last time I saw it” Mike said flatly

“Yeah of course it was you little shit” By now Vic was about to burst from trying to keep his laughter in. Noelle didn’t think Vic would be in on it.

“Victor?” She questioned

“Oh, I’m not laughing at you” He had decided to let his laugh escape “I just got a real funny text is all” He lied and Noelle wasn’t buying it

“Oh really, read the text out loud” She pushed

“I’m pretty sure you can’t read a picture message out loud” He mocked

“What was the picture of?”

“Mike’s face” Mike, like he did to Noelle, threw an empty can at Vic. Or at least what he thought was empty. Energy drink covered Vic and Noelle and both of them screamed at the younger Fuentes

“I hate you” Vic threw, the now empty, can back at his brother; this time no fight started

“Seriously though guys, where is my case? I will go round and take all the alcohol so no party can be had if you don’t give it back” She demanded and when the alcohol is threatened you know to wave your white flag

“Fine, we put it on Hands Like Houses’ bus” Jaime whined out, feeling defeated

“Dicks” She laughed and made them text one of the guys to bring it over when they came to party.

Noelle got her case back and put it in Tommy’s car. He wasn’t drinking so the pair of them could get home safe, he did have one beer and one shot; nowhere near enough to impair his driving ability though.

The night was a good one, no more pranks were played and Noelle made sure she stayed away from Tony. Tommy helped with that, he either spent most of the night hanging out with Tony or Noelle, making sure neither of them spent too long in each other’s company. Jaime unknowingly helped; he and Noelle were attached to one another, which made sense since they wouldn’t be seeing each other for three weeks. Everyone noticed how happy they make each other, everyone’s favourite couple.

Before it got too late, Noelle and Tommy departed and all bands went to their own buses, besides a few people that had passed out. Hey they were all going to the same place so it didn’t matter too much. They said their goodbyes, which took quite a while since nobody wanted the best friends to leave and they didn’t exactly want to go home either.

“Okay guys, we really have to go now. I love you all, bye” She hugged Vic, Mike, Casey and Jaime one last time and hopped in Tommy’s car.

“To home we shall go” Tommy said with a posh accent which only caused Noelle to laugh her drunk laugh, it included her snorting. “Man I’ve missed you Noelle” He started the car and to home they went.
