"Luna come one baby you have to get dressed, all your friends are gonna be here soon" I said placing bowls of chips and pretzels on the coffee table in the dinning room. She's been sitting in front of the storm door watching for Mike since she woke up. "Lulu c'mon let's go" I walked over to the door and picked her up, shooing her into her room once we made it upstairs.

"Muma do you think Poppa's gonna come?" Luna walked into the kitchen after getting dressed in the outfit I layed out for her.

"I'm sure he's trying his best too booboo!" Leo said scooping Luna up into her arms as she walked in with Chelsea and Maddie.

"Need any help?" Chelsea laughed after looking at my kitchen.

"Help? No. A miracle? Yes." I answered.

"The guy with the bouncy house is outside!" Maddie yelled from the front window.

"Can you go show him where to put it?" I shouted back to her after licking icing from my fingers.

"Sure thing!"

"Luna you wanna help me finish the cake?" I smiled at her and placed her on the counter beside it after taking her from Leo.

"Chelly and I are gonna work on the balloons" Leo said heading out to the tv room.

"Alright kiddo let's get this cake lookin' pretty!" I clapped my hands together and kissed Luna's cheek.

"Where's my niece!" I heard my brothers voice booming from the front door.

"Uncle Franky!" Luna squeeled running to him from her group of friends. Franky picked her up and swung her around before planting raspberry noises on her cheeks, causing her to erupt in a fit of giggles.

"Hey sis" He smiled after placing her down.

"Hi. Have you ever seen this many kids in your life?" I laughed.

"Hey, you insisted on inviting her whole class." he replied.

"I didn't realize her class had thirty kids in it! Anyway, where's Coll?"

"Carrying the presents...there he is!" Franky pointed as a man walked in with two boxes wrapped in pink paper so big that you couldn't see his face.

"Jesus this kid is gonna have so many toys." I laughed. "They go in that corner." I motioned to the pile of presents in the corner of the living room.

"Hey Tori sorry we were late. Numb-nuts got lost picking me up" Collin said kissing my cheek.

"Well if you drove yourself it wouldn't be a problem now-" Franky began only to be cut off by Collin.

"Yeah too bad I can't have a car on campus asshole" Collin rolled his eyes as he spoke. I reached both of my hands up and smacked the backs of their heads.

"Knock it off! Watch your language too! This is your five year old niece's birthday party not some frat house blow out"

"Sorry sis" they both mumbled.

I left the two of them where they were and went on a search for Leo. I found Leo, Maddie, and Chelsea all standing around the table eating cupcakes.

"You three are just like little kids." I rolled my eyes. Then I spotted something I hadn't before. On all of them. "What the hell ate those?!" they all started giggling. "Are you kidding me?! All at the same time?!"

"The same night" Chelsea corrected holding her left hand out so I could observe the ring onher finger.

"Hello hello Helloooooo" I heard a familiar voice coming from the kitchen doorway.

"Katelynne!" I screamed hugging her.

"Hi Auntie Victoria." Copeland smiled up at me from her side.

"Hi baby how are you?" I kissed her cheek and she just giggled.

"Copeland go say hi to your other Aunts" Katelynne said motioning to the other three.

"What up sugar?!" Maddie shouted hugging the seven year old.

"Have you heard from him yet today?" Katelynne said quietly. I frowned.

"Not a word." I watched Katelynne's expression fall.

"I'm sure you will darlin." she squeezed my shoulder sympathetically. "Now where are your little brothers, I've got a bone to pick with Franky."

"Living room I believe." I smiled.

Katelynne turned and walked to the living room while I made my way upstairs, looking to hide on my bedroom. The door clicked shut behind me as I leaned against it and let out a sigh. I reached for my phone in my pocket, only to discover I had no missed calls or new text messages. Mike said he would try to get here but I hadn't heard from him since yesterday. We had been talking constantly, only stopping to sleep and play shows. I was so disappointed.

"Poppa!" I heard Luna's little voice coming from downstairs.

My eyes shot open and my hand fumbled around the doorknob as I pulled it open. My feet practically ran down the hall and down the stars, stopping right in front of the scene downstairs. Mike was crouched down hugging Luna in front of the door.

"Happy Birthday La Luna" he whispered to her. It seemed like everyone had gone silent and was watching the two of them.

"Gracias Poppa" the small girl smiled up at her father before running back to her friends.

"You made it. You're here." I mumbled. Mike stood up completely and smiled.

"I did. I am."

"Mike-" my left hand covered my mouth so I wouldn't start sobbing in the middle of Luna's party.

Mike wrapped his arms around me and pulled my body against his. I had the greatest feeling in the world and he wasn't even kissing me.

"Sorry I'm so late" he said after we separated. "I had to bring her present to Vic's first, I didn't want so many people around when I gave it to her."

"I don't care that you're late" I laughed wiping a few stray tears from my eyes. My arms reached out and I pulled him to me this time, shoving my face into his chest. "I love you."

"I love you too."He pressed his lips to my forehead before we walked to the kitchen to see everyone.

"She still just sleeps where she drops?" Mike laughed picking up Luna from the living room floor.

"I don't think she'll ever outgrow that. We both do that still" I laughed and followed him upstairs so we could put Luna to bed.
Mike pulled off her dress and replaced it was her pj's. After laying her down, he pulled the blankets to her chin and placed Crookshanks next to her. The old cat made. Noise of disapproval from being moved but went right back to sleep.

"Are you gonna stay tonight?" I whispered as we exited Luna's room and walked into mine.

"Do you want me to?" he questioned while playing with his beanie nervously in his hands, watching me replace today's clothing with one of his old cut t shirts.

"Please stay." I said quietly.

I turned to face him and he nodded before taking off his shoes, jeans, and shirt and climbing into bed. I laid down under the comforter and snuggled up to his chest, my eyelids drooping as soon as I was comfortable.

"Buenas noches mi amor" Mike whispered as his arms pulled me closer.
