What am I doing here? Oh, fuck it!
We pulled up to the venue, we were about an hour and a half early because we had VIP passes to go backstage before the show. I was super stoked but extremely nervous at the same time. I had no idea how I was going to get out all of what I needed to say to them. There was so much I needed to tell them but I'm afraid they won't care.
I walked up to the box office to ask them where we needed to go if we have the VIP passes, the teller had a security guard walk past the line that was already down the street for blocks. He lead us to a room to the side of the stage and we waited in a much shorter line there. I turned Alice with panic written ALL over my face. I felt like I was going to start hyperventlating. We had about 30 minutes left to wait and I was already freaking out.
We had been in line for about 20 minutes when I started looking around getting antsy. I just wanted this to happen already. My legs were getting a little tired so I leaned against the wall I was by, well really it was a door but whatever. I had just rested my head against it when it got pushed open. I stumbled back slightly about to complain to the person behind the assault weapon, but I just shut up immediately when I realized it was Tony fricken Perry standing right in front of my eyes!
I had no clue what to do, "oh..uh..hi..? um," I mumbled some nonesense like that.
"Oh my god! I'm so sorry, I didn't realize you were there. Are you okay?" He asked, it took me what felt like an eternity to reply.
"Oh, pft, yeah I'm fine. I can take a little hit to the hit, i have a hard head. heh." What is wrong with me? Did I really just say that?
He just laughed and smiled at me, "I'm Tony, but I'm guessing you already know that." More of the girls in line started to crowd around taking pictures and what not.
"Yeah I definitely know who you are. You guys saved my life." I told him what I came here to tell them and I felt absolutely amazing!
"I'm glad to hear that. I- I actually have to get back, we're about to start the signing."
"Oh yeah, go. hah, have fun."
"I will..I'll see you later?"
"Yes, yes you will!" He smiled at me and walked away, I just stared as his perfection stalkd off in the direction of the tables.
I turned to Alice, "Oh my fucking god! Did that just happen or am I hallucinating?!" I screamed to her.
"That just fucking happened!" We both squealed and jumped up and down, I squeezed her in a tight hug.
"I feel like crying I'm so happy!" I told her, I took a couple deep breaths to try to calm myself. That's when the rest of the band exited the same door, and they all smiled at me as they walked by.
I had to restart my breaths again, this was going to be one long but amazing night!
The line started moving slowly as people were taking their time meeting them, talking to them and taking pictures. Alice and I kept giving each other the look of knowing what was about to happen. We were about four people behind in line when I looked up and saw Tony looking at me. At first I thought I was going crazy, but I smiled back and he waved and winked. I almost passed out right
then and there but Alice reminded me to breath.
It was finally our time to meet the whole band, as I was walking up to them I could not hold back the tears anymore. I started bawling just as I reached them, "You guys truly saved my life and being here is something I just can't believe," I sobbed ugily to them all. Next thing I knew I had four sets of arms wrapping around me, which made me sob even harder.
When they let go Vic asked what my name was.
"Elizabeth," I answered quietly, "That is a beautiful name," he replied. I blushed and looked at the ground so they wouldn't see.
"A beautiful name for a beautiful women," I looked up and Tony was smiling at me as he said it. I couldn't believe it. I thought about it for a moment, they probably say this to all of their fans to make them feel special. So I didn't let my hope get too high.
"What about you?" Jaime asked Alice. "Alice," she replied and smiled at him.
"What are you guys doing after the show?" It was Mike who asked us this, "We actually have to drive back to Maryland after the show."
They all looked a little disappointed. "Why do you ask?" asked Alice.
"Here," said Tony pulling us both by our arms to behind the table, "Why don't you guys hangout here with us before the show since we have other fans to meet and we'll discuss plans later?"
Alice and I looked at each other in awe. Was this really happening to us?
"Alright," we said in unison, we both knew what was going on in the others head.
We sat there behind them all while they did their thing with all of the fans, they were so sweet to them all, it made me love them that much more. Me and Alice just kept looking at each other.
"Why do you think this is happening to us?" I whispered to her.
"I have no clue, but I am loving it!"
"Me too!" We both whisper screamed which earned us two wondering looks from Tony and Mike. We just smiled at them.
"Do you think they're going to invite us on the bus?" Alice asked me.
"I honestly have no clue, nothing like this has ever happened to me before."

Not to long after the line was gone and the boys turned to us and they each found a seat. Tony on the chair next to mine, and the other three on the other side of Alice.
"So you said something about making plans?" I asked them all.
"Yeah," Mike said, "We were thinking that maybe after the concert would you guys like to go out to eat with us? And instead of driving home tonight just staying on our bus and driving home in the morning?"
Me and Alice just looked at each other, puzzled. This is way to good to be true.
"We just have one question for you guys," said Alice.
They all nodded waiting for it.
"Why us? Why not one of those amazingly beautiful girls you met today? And is this just to good to be true?" I huffed out all in one breath, sort of laughing at the end.
They all looked at each other, like they were contemplating on how to answer.
Finally Vic spoke, "We picked you because, one: you guys are two of the amazingly beautiful girls we met today, and two: because you are one of the reasons we love what we do, knowing we affect peoples lives so much and help them through what they're going through. It's an amazing feeling, and you are a great example. Plus, Tony has taken liking to you, like, a lot." I glanced over at Tony as he shot Vic a look like thaaaaanks bro, then he noticed me looking and looked down at the floor and blushed, which made me blush.
"And I think Mike might be keeping his eye on Alice here," Vic continued causing Alice to blush too. Mike just smirked and looked back at her.
We agreed to their plans and we planned to meet back here once the concert was over. We then left them behind and walked towards the pit.
