It was a Thursday evening at Eternal Ink, the tattoo shop in which Erica Simmons has been working for the last 3 years. She started working there when she was 20 years old. Started with an apprenticeship and now she tattoos regularly. Today though, she was the one being inked. Her boss Stan Graham was sat to the side of the tattoo chair upon which Erica was lead. He had is back to the shop windows. Erica was getting a tattoo that meant a lot to her. She was already covered in tattoos. All over her arms, chest, legs. Even parts of her that you couldn't see at first glance. Today she was getting the album artwork for Pierce The Veil's alum Collide With The Sky on her right thigh. That album has helped her so much since it's release. The band have helped her so much.

Erica hasn't had the best of lives. People think that because she has money and her father owns a record label that she has this sweet life. That couldn't be further from the truth. Erica is a very private person. She only has one friend and she hasn't spoken to her in 3 months. I guess now she only has colleagues.

As Stan was wiping some of the ink away from the house that he had just started tattooing, Erica looked up and over to the door of the shop. A smile beamed across her face. Her cheeks went a rosy pink colour at the same time. Stan had noticed this and decided to ask her what was up "Hey, what's got you all smiley?" He asked. Erica pointed to the four lightly tanned men that were now sitting in the waiting area, chatting amongst themselves. She pointed subtly so they wouldn't notice her and she looked back at Stan responding to his previous question with a "Those guys that just walked in. They're the band whose album artwork this is" She said pointing again. This time to the purple stencil that covered the healed scars on her right thigh.

As soon as she said that Stan let out a slight giggle and called over to the four men. "Erm, Excuse me hi, could you guys come over here a moment please?" He said, gesturing for them to come closer. It turns out that they were in fact his 5 o'clock appointment. When they reached the station at which Stan and Erica were at Erica couldn't help but smile at all of them in awe. They were such good looking men. Each of them had their own beauties about them. They were all unique and Erica liked that. She smiled again but this time looked down as not to look like a crazy fan girl.

Stan noticed this and took it upon himself to introduce the guys to Erica. "I'm Stan, I believe you guys are my next appointment, you were running late so I thought I would fit in a quick tattoo on Erica here. She too is a tattoo artist here." The boys all said hellos and shook Stan's hand. The tallest one of the four, also one of the two most tattooed ones, Mike, spoke up "I see your getting some of our work tattooed on you, nice" He said with a slight grin. Erica looked straight at him, he had the most beautiful brown eyes that you could just get lost in. She smiled and said "I guess I am, I'm actually a big fan. This album, you guys have helped me a lot. I thought it only fitting to show my appreciation" She blushed and looked back down again.

This time the shortest of the four, Vic spoke "Well we're glad we could help. I can't help but think I've seen you somewhere before though?" He asked with a questioning tone. Erica giggled a little remembering the night that she had met the band back in June when she saw them at SUB89 in the town centre. Well all except Jaime, that bugged her for months because he was her favourite. She had something that she really wanted to tell him too. Quickly snapping out of her thoughts Erica smiled a big toothy grin and answered Vic " I actually saw you guys back in June, when you played here. I got to meet you, Mike and Tony. I was gutted that I didn't get to meet Jaime but my friend, isn't as big a fan as me hurried me so I was unfortunate. You would of thought that seeing as this is our hometown we could've waited longest haha?" The boys all smiled as if they too remembered the encounter that Erica spoke of. Jaime suddenly piped loudly to say 'Well you get to meet me now!! And I must say it's a pleasure" He was so bubbly that every one started to laugh.

By this point Stan had already gotten back to needling the ink into Erica's skin and the boys had a grabbed a seat on the opposite side of the station. Erica remembered what she had originally wanted to say to Jaime and thought it's now or never right? She looked over to him and started "I was so gutted that I didn't get to meet you, for more reasons than to just get a picture and what not" ... "Oh really? What else was there?" Jaime had replied. "Well this is gonna sound so stupid but I'm really proud of it. I wanted to kind of greet you differently. Not in a weird way or anything... but because your name is pronounced HI-ME I wanted to say Jaime, Hi-5-Me haha, stupid I know but it made me giggle" Erica blushed as she realised just how stupid her little greeting, joke idea was. Jaime couldn't help but laugh at this "Well, I think that definitely deserves a high five" he said as he held his left hand up for Erica to reach up and slap with her own.

Erica's tattoo was now finished and Vic had asked if he could take a picture for his instagram. Erica was okay with this, despite the scars that covered her skin. She was a lot more comfortable with them nowadays. He uploaded the picture with the caption "Not everyday you enter a tattoo shop to see one of the artist getting your album artwork inked on them. Thanks @EricaSimmons :D" Erica smiled at the caption when she checked her own instagram notifications.

Hey guys, so this is my first ever story. I wasn't going to do this but I had an idea and thought it would make for a good fic. I am in no way a writer so this is more than likely going to be terrible. So please be nice.

Also, some of the things in here are from personal experiences. Such as meeting the guys in Reading and not being able to meet Jaime. And being gutted because I really did want to use that hi-5 joke.
