Coffee Shop Soundtrack

When we arrived at the house I felt so much better as I had slept beside Tony the whole time and he gave me a gentle nudge when we got close to give me time to wake up. The bus pulled up beside the gates whilst they opened and then it pulled in. Tony instructed that I wasn’t to help and I had to go and sit down whilst they unpacked all my stuff into my new room. Yep so the four boys are decorating my room, that’s gonna look great. I hope they at least put my posters back.

I was wrapped up in a blanket on a sofa when Tony quite proudly came down with a huge smile on his face and told me to come and look. When I walked upstairs to my new room I was actually really nervous to see I was about to live in. but when I opened the door it looked so cute! All my clothes were hanging up in my new wardrobe, my bed was complete with fairy lights and ALL my posters were intact and on the walls even my PTV ones which I’m pretty sure they still find creepy but they look good. I turned around and hugged Jaime, Mike and Vic in turn and kissed them on the cheek and then they left. When they left I looked at Tony who had a finger on his cheek, pouting. I laughed and walked up to him and kissed him on the cheek and he put his arms around me and walked me over to my new bed, where we laid all night together, not sleeping or talking just doing what we had waited to do the whole time I was in hospital. It’s so nice being this close to him without being surrounded by doctors.

It got to five-thirty when he kissed me slowly then went back to his room so we both could get some rest, he told me he wouldn’t sleep if I was beside him. So I watched him leave and close the door. Then I slowly got up to find a shirt to wear to bed because I’m cold now he’s left. I pulled an old Guns ‘N’ Roses shirt over my head and climbed back into bed and found a comfortable position to lie in. it felt like I had being laying there for minutes when Jaime knocked on the door and came in bringing me some toast and tea. He sat on the bed with me and we watched movies all morning and he insisted on staying here all morning. Weird. I soon found out at around one when Vic and Tony came upstairs and sat on the end of the bed. Tony moved my legs, sat down and then placed them on his lap.

“Hey baby” he kissed me gently on the cheek. Jaime and Vic smiled said goodbye and then left. “Are you feeling any better?” he asked me whilst he was twiddling my hair.
“Well I don’t feel like I was just hit by a car so much anymore.” I laughed trying to get him to join in but he just looked at me with the same saddened expression that he gave me when I first woke up. I reached out my hand and put it on his cheek and he closed his eyes. I moved my legs around and moved closer to him and sat between his legs and hugged him tightly. His arms slowly away and as I looked up tears had formed in his eyes, I quickly wiped them away. “Stop Tony! Don’t do this I’m okay now and I’m going to stay that way and stay here with you. Forever.” I kissed him slowly but also hard enough to let him know I mean it.
“Hey, do you maybe want to go shower or something and I’ll tidy up around in here because I know for sure Jaime won’t be coming back to do it.” He smiled at me that killed me inside. I nodded and got up but he pulled me back by the hand for one last kiss before I left for the bathroom. I had a shower and dried my hair then brushed my teeth before returning to my room. Tony had made my bed and on it was the prettiest dress I think I had ever seen. A long black dress covered in glittery skulls with some shoes to match. At least it was long enough to cover all the cuts and scrapes on my legs. There was a note on top of the shoe box. It read: ‘Syd, when you’re ready come downstairs, we have a surprise for you x’ I quickly got ready and curled my long black hair then put on somemake up then put on my shoes, I feel really sick and I’m not sure why I’m getting dressed up but all I can say is that Tony has good taste. I walk downstairs to the noise of ‘shhh’. I reach the bottom of the stairs and realised as a crowd of people shouted ‘surprise!’ Tony stepped out from the crowd and walked up to me and put his arm around me and then held out his hand and I took it.
“We thought we would throw you a get well soon party, and there a few of my friends that I want you to meet.” He walked me around the room during which I passes Mike, Jaime and Vic who all gave me hugs in a moving motion as Tony was still walking me. Then suddenly my feet just froze , I physically couldn’t move them from the floor. They had invited Kellin from SWS and Jack from ATL. Kellin hugged me“ I hope you’re feeling better, I’m sorry the others couldn’t get here.” My feet are still stuck to the ground. Jack kisses me on the cheek. “Yeah, Alex and the others decided to be bums and not come out for your party. Fuck ‘em!” then he hugged me and I couldn’t help but laugh, partly due to the fact I can’t actually believe my life went from utterly shit to this.

“Now if you don’t mind Tony, imma take your lady for a dance.” Jack took my hand and led me to the make shift dance floor. After a while Tony came and stole me back and we slow danced and I ignored all the pain in my body and just fit into him and I stayed there locked in his arms for most of the night.
