Chapter 37~Doubts.
~Kari’s POV~
The rest of the day went by quickly. I went to work and dropped off some pictures that I had taken. I headed back home since there was nothing much to do. I was tired so I went to my room and took a nap.

I woke up to the feeling of someone kissing my cheek. My eyes slowly opened to see that it was Tony.
“Oh hey.” I said with a smile as I sat up.
“Hey. Sorry didn’t mean to wake you up.”
“It’s ok. I need to start making dinner soon anyways. How was work?”
“It was ok. Same thing. How was your day?”
“Good. Just went to work and took a nap. I’m going to go start making dinner.” I said as I hugged him and headed downstairs. After dinner, I headed up to my room and sat on the floor listening to music on my ipod. I was singing along to Ohiosonfire by Of Mice and Men when I heard a knock on my door. I looked up to see someone covering their face with a white bear wearing a storm trooper helmet. They moved the bear from their face and I saw that it was Tony. I smiled and got up. He walked in my room and handed me the bear. It was about the size of my torso.
“I got this for you, love. For being amazing.” He said as I took the bear in my arms.
“Thank you. I love it.” I gave him a kiss and set the bear down next to my giant turtle. He sat on my bed and I plugged my ipod into the dock. My room filled with music as I went over and sat next to Tony. I cuddled up into his side as he pulled me closer. We sat there for a while and eventually ended up falling asleep.
~~~~~~~~ One month later~~~~~~~~
I was washing dishes from Tony and my dad’s breakfast. They had just left for work. I headed upstairs and took a shower. When I was done, I went into my room and slipped on some shoes. I had nothing to do so I decided to go out for a walk. I was about to open the door and leave when I suddenly felt sick to my stomach. I ran to the bathroom and threw up in the toilet. When I was done I got up and brushed my teeth. It was weird for me to be throwing up since I didn’t feel sick or anything. I thought for a moment. I didn’t get my time of the month this month. Shit. The night me and Tony had our first time, he didn’t use protection. I became worried and grabbed my car keys. I went out the door and locked it behind me. I got in the car and drove to the pharmacy. I walked inside and bought a pregnancy test. I headed back to the car and drove home. I arrived and went straight for the bathroom. Minutes passed as I waited anxiously to see the result. I paced back and forth as I nervously played with my fingers. The result finally appeared……. positive. This can’t be true. It could be a mistake right? I mean these tests aren’t always 100%. I tried to calm down and decided to try another test another day. Maybe my body was just being weird today.
